Make the error 4005 appear before the file upload happens

Why do I have to wait for a file to upload before it says error 4005, which means that the file already exists.

I'm using the tunesbag uploader btw.

Can't it check if a file already exists before uploading, and then skip it.

And what's worse. I have to click ok every five minutes on the 4005 error box. Can't there be no box and it just continues. Can't it remember to skip these for next time?

    Are you using the windows client or the browser uploader? Are you importing your iTunes library or using the manual selection? Can it be that the same file is in the list more than one time?

        no wait that error is still there. please fix it. and use the uploaded and see for yourself.

        im using the windows client and i am selecting itunes playlists to upload. each file s in my playlist once.

        ive got the beta 6 of the tunesbag uploader and the error is gone it works fine
